Sophomore year provides myriad opportunities for students to improve their oral, written, and digital communication skills. Students address real-life communication issues, assess their personal communication strengths and areas for improvement, develop useful communication skills, and build a strong portfolio.
In AP Seminar, students develop and practice the skills in research, collaboration, and communication that you’ll need in any academic discipline. Students investigate topics in a variety of subject areas, write research-based essays, and design and give presentations both individually and as part of a team.
World Literature covers a variety of texts from across the globe. Students will study literature as an art form that reflects human experience at cultural through cultural and universal lenses.
AP World History
AP European History is a college level course which explores the history of Europe from 1450 to the present through analytical thinking and writing.
